Product Marketing Manager

SoCode has partnered with a long established and highly success Cambridge based B2B technology business. This organisation has been operating for nearly 30 years and gone from strength to strength. Their proposition is unique and they constantly strive for innovation and launch of new product ranges. Following a restructure of their marketing department, they are going through major digital transformation and seeking an experienced Product Marketer to join the team. 

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director you will be working in a highly professional team of 6. You will be the Product Marketing expert and be adept at turning complex technology into 'must have' innovation for their customer base. The Product Marketing Managerr will be the driving force behind world class content for new product launches and be able to research the market to ensure products are ahead of the competition. Of Graduate calibre and with extensive experience of the B2B technology market, you will be a key part of driving digital innovation at a pivotal time for the business. 

Core duties include:

  • Be responsible for effectively implementing strategies to best communicate features and benefits of new, and existing, products and services 
  • Ensure the vision and value of new products are communicated both internally and externally 
  • Deliver compelling, engaging and refreshing product content in line with the overall marketing launch plan, including, but not limited to: launch presentations, product information (datasheets, brochures, websites, demo videos etc.), webinars, and competitive positioning
  • Undertake market research to support product launch value proposition and prepare/deliver relevant analysis
