So Code are looking for an Operations Director for our Exclusive Start-Up Software Client operating in the Pharmaceutical Sector based in Central London.

Our client is 2 years old and looking for an experienced Operations Director to join a fast-growing team, working alongside and reporting directly into the CEO. The Operations Director will have a good understanding of Software/Pharma environments, ideally having worked in this previously. You will be expected to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in due to the start-up nature of the business.

The team is currently 9 On-shore and 30 Off-shore

The CEO is a very open minded Entrepreneur who needs help in a number of areas of the business as it ramps up.

It would be beneficial for the Operations Director to have worked in a Start Up / Ramp Up environment before.

You will be rewarded with a good salary (£60-100k base) along with interest in the business which is currently being defined but likely to be an EMI Scheme.
