Job description
We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician to support the build and testing of advanced electronic systems. You’ll be part of a team assembling, wiring, and verifying high-performance hardware that is deployed worldwide for mission‑critical applications.

- Assemble and wire electronic and electromechanical components to engineering specifications.
- Carry out functional testing and inspection of sub-assemblies and completed systems, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve build or test issues, escalating technical problems where required.
- Maintain accurate production records, including test data, build instructions, and quality logs.
- Support stock control, kit preparation, and workshop organisation.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, quality, and workflow efficiency.
- Practical experience in an electronics or electromechanical assembly/manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and written work instructions.
- Hands-on skills such as soldering, crimping, cable assembly, and using basic test equipment.
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
- A collaborative, adaptable mindset suited to a fast-paced technical environment.
