Our client are a loyalty scheme company, who allow customers to gain cash into digital wallets when they make purchases through insurance or affiliated sites. They have dramatically increased the retention rate for policy holders due to the loyalty add ons they offer.  

Our client is searching for a Lead Agile Project Manager on a 1-year contract (OUTSIDE IR35) to manage the end-to-end delivery of complex systems solutions through delivery of primarily agile projects. Your responsibilities will include working with product teams to ensure a logical product roadmap, acting as a scrum master for a cross functional team and liaising with multiple teams and stake holders including reporting directly to the CEO.

Requirements

• 6+ Years’ experience working with in an Agile Project Management position
• You will need to have a Certified Scrum Master qualification
• Be able to showcase experience leading a team of agile project managers or scrum masters.    
• You will need to be a advocate of Agile and experience working with multiple agile methodologies.
