IT Technician | £25,000 to £27,000 | Peterborough
Working for this company who's goal is to provide a supportive and innovative environment for all its staff, you will be reporting to the IT Manager where it will be your responsibility to support end users, maintain hardware and software, and manage devices.
In this role you’ll handle helpdesk requests, diagnose issues, and escalate when necessary, whilst engaging with suppliers, track support calls, recommend improvements, and identify recurring problems.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years IT Support experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Office 365 and Active Directory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
