The Role
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and improving customer infrastructure across Windows Server, Microsoft technologies, and core networking platforms. You’ll work across BAU support, project delivery, and occasional customer-facing technical consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
Strong background in Windows Server administration
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Exchange / Azure AD
Experience with virtualisation (VMware or Hyper-V)
Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, firewalls, VPN)
Experience working in an MSP or multi-customer environment (desirable)

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Support, maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
 - Administer Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange / M365
 - Manage virtualisation platforms (VMware / Hyper-V)
 - Handle networking tasks including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and routing
 - Provide 3rd line support and act as an escalation point for technical issues
 - Assist in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and project delivery
 - Work closely with clients to ensure high service levels and technical excellence
