Support/Helpdesk Engineer - Cambridge - £25-£30k

Our client, who are a market leader in the design and production of critical communication products, systems and applications are currently looking for a Support Desk Engineer to join their office in Cambridge.

Our client is a global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of critical communication systems. Since there founding they have established a global network branching out to over 30 countries. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global company that has plenty of opportunity for growth and progression both locally and internationally.

Working with the technical support team you will be helping customers around the globe solve their technical issues with our client’s communication products, you will be logging these problems and communicating with the customers and relevant departments of the business in an effective and timely fashion. You will be working in an Electronics environment so anyone from a telecommunication, WIFI or radio/audio back ground will thrive in this environment.

Their beautiful offices reside just 7-9 miles north of Cambridge.

A successful candidate will possess:

-          Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

-          Previous experience in a customer facing environment within an electronics product environment.

-          Eligible for UK Security Clearance.

-          Be willing to learn the client’s products inside and out as well as the patience to deliver accurate and concise support of the products. 

Our clients are offering an attractive salary ranging from £25,000 - £35,000 including generous benefits such as flexible working hours, attractive pension, etc.
