SoCode are exclusively recruiting for a Central London based Bank on sourcing a Head of IT Operations to join the Technology Leadership Function This is a new role in the business, supporting the CTO and leading the Operations function of our client.

Our client is one of the UK's most exciting start ups and UK's fastest growing companies who are changing the way that the industry operates and are growing at rapid pace from their prestigious offices based in the heart of the City of London. 

The Head of IT Operations should have previous experience of working in an ultra fast-paced environement ideally with FS and Banking knoweledge.  

In this greenfield role you will be starting and building a function from scratch whilst recruiting the necessary people to achieve the business' IT and Operational goals.
