SoCode are representing an award-winning and rapidly growing (400% pa) start up B2B SaaS company, operating in the clean tech & electric vehicle (EV) sector.
We're looking for a Remote/Cambridge based Head of Customer Success to operate on a Global Scale to hire and develop a world class CS function underneath them. Operating with large blue chips - you'll be able to display a strong record of achievement in the activities below:
- Identifying, establishing and developing department KPIs, and reporting these to the business
- Building strong relationships and working closely with strategic and enterprise customers
- Hiring, training and managing successful team members
- Analysing customer data sets to generate insights and performance reports to provide recommendations to customers and the business
Key Skills:
- Proven success within SaaS customer success/account management
- Experience/understanding of challenges and operations of early-stage/scale-up business
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting to customers, the ability to build trust with, and confidently challenge/influence senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded, with experience negotiating upsells and renewals with enterprise customers and preventing churn
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable processes, and the ability to review and iterate effectiveness
- Comfortable with manipulating and interpreting data sets, and have experience with relevant tools to do this
