SoCode are recruiting a very unique role for an excellent customer based on Cambridge Science Park.The business are looking to expand organically and will be hiring 15-20 graduates and interns during 2018.

Rather than integrate these Graduates into their existing Software teams, they would prefer to hire someone who comes from a Software background who will be able to menor, inspire and manage these talented developers.

The technical environment is highly quality driven C++ code with a real drive towards  Agile / SCRUM methodology.

We would be interested in speaking to people from all background who are passionate about teaching others and helping others during the early commercial years of their career. 

This role is a new position - so the business is open minded and is open to being led on direction and approach.
