The purpose of this role is to oversee the machines used to etch materials in manufacturing. You will do this by maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading equipment, optimise the etching process for efficiency and quality, ensure safety compliance, and keep detailed records of equipment performance.

 

This role would be suitable for someone who has a great all-round skillset who enjoys getting stuck in and taking ownership of these processes.

 

We’re looking for someone with the following skillset:

-          Exposure to fluid dynamics or wet etch

-          Experience in electromechanical engineering

-          Experience in equipment maintenance

-          An understanding of R&D and production processes
