We are looking for a hands-on builder — someone who loves turning precision components into real hardware that ends up in defence and national security systems worldwide.

What you’ll do

• Assemble and build electro-mechanical systems products to a high standard
• Work with PCBs, wiring looms, connectors, enclosures, and mechanical fixtures
• Follow assembly drawings, schematics, and build procedures
• Run basic functional tests + help diagnose assembly issues
• Keep the lab tidy, organised, and production-ready

What you’ll bring

• Confident with tools, crimping, soldering, cabling, mechanical fit/finish
• Able to read drawings + follow structured build instructions
