To compliment this rapid adoption, they seek a new Customer Success Manager to work closely with key accounts to fully utilise this ground-breaking technology. The role would suit a developer or Sales Engineer looking to utilise their technical knowledge is a client facing role.
You will work closely with the Customer Success Director to identify key accounts and manage deployment and aftercare. You will be expected to ensure consistent and maximum usage with a passion for first rate customer experience. This is in no way a target driven role, instead it is the business' ethos to ensure their clients are receiving every benefit of their unique tool.
- Establish and maintain strong and long-lasting technical relationships within major enterprise accounts
- Drive a high level of customer satisfaction and customer retention through successful product use
- Support customers through the technical deployment phase all the way to quarterly reviews and annual renewals
- Demonstrate ROI to customers and establish metrics to advise them on best practice and optimisation of the products
- Project management experience in industries related to Software
- Previous customer-facing roles for example in sales engineering, sales support, professional services, field engineering, customer success or customer support
- A sound understanding of software development practices is essential
- The role would ideally suit a software developer looking to expand their skillset to be more customer facing
