Cloud Software Engineer – Cambridge – CONTRACT

One of SoCode’s key clients is currently looking to increase their cloud offering to various clients and as such, need this skill set brought in house, set up and taught to the existing development team. This is a fantastic opportunity to help the company develop their cloud services as well as the chance to work on modern technology in a company that is passionate about keeping up to date with the market.

There are a number of opportunities available due to the workload internally and my client is looking for people who are immediately available to start a new role. You will be working alongside a team of C# / C++ engineers, product owners and various Scrum teams in order to get the companies cloud services (AWS) up and running. You will be expected to come from a development background, be able to write clean code, architect cloud systems and work efficiently in an Agile environment.

You will have:

-          Experience as a software engineer (C#, C++),

-          Cloud development experience using ASP.NET, Node & Angular within an AWS environment,

-          Experience of cloud architecture,

-          An understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins),

-          Used container technologies (Docker / Kubernetes),
