C# Developer (Junior) - Cambridge (North) - Up to £35,000

Job description

We are working in partnership to help our client recruit a Junior C# Developer to join their experiences team of Developers.

As a leader in the industry for providing only the best to their customers, the successful individual will need to be used to providing quality work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Quality is key with my client so only the best will do in order to keep them ahead of the game.

This role provides the opportunity to work within a growing yet established team of developers who are passionate and all on the same mission to deliver great code. You will be working alongside some incredibly talented individuals who have unlimited experience and knowledge to pass on and teach.

The successful individual will need to hold a clear passion and desire for Software Development. This role offers a progression path for the right person alongside future personal and career development into new technologies and responsibilities.

Experience required:

The ideal candidate will hold between 6 – 12 months commercial based experience.

Graduate Developers will also be considered; however, an internship or extra project work is required to showcase experience and competence levels.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Working experience with C# and JavaScript
  • ASP.NET MVC/Web API framework
  • Test methods such as unit testing using NUnit or similar
  • Proficient with HTML5, CSS
  • Strong Object Orientated coding practices
  • Knowledge in Databases and ORM technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, Entity Framework)

Additional experience includes:

  • WPF, Xamarin
  • Experience of working to Agile Methodologies
  • Experience developing within a Continuous Integration environment

A generous salary of up to £35,000 is on offer depending on experience.
