Business Analyst – Salesforce Revenue Cloud 📍 Location: UK / Remote

Rate: £550 to £650
We are looking for a Revenue Cloud Business Analyst to focus on Salesforce quote, pricing, and order management processes. You will ensure that product catalogues, pricing logic, and billing configurations align with enterprise policies and downstream ERP requirements.

We are looking for a Revenue Cloud Business Analyst to focus on Salesforce quote, pricing, and order management processes. You will ensure that product catalogues, pricing logic, and billing configurations align with enterprise policies and downstream ERP requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Solution Architect to define Product Catalogs, Price Books, and Pricing Rules
- Document business requirements for Quote-to-Order processes and contract lifecycle management
- Manage test data and coordinate regression testing for CPQ and Billing releases
- Validate end-to-end order activation and integration handoffs to MuleSoft and Oracle
- Support Finance and Sales teams in understanding configuration and pricing outcomes
- Maintain backlog of configuration requests and assist in prioritization
- 4+ years of Salesforce Business Analysis experience, ideally focused on Revenue Cloud
- Strong working knowledge of Revenue Cloud data model (Quote, Order, Contract)
- Familiarity with ERP integration touchpoints and downstream financial workflows
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, documentation, and process skills
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud Certification preferred
- Work on complex, enterprise-level Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations
- Collaborate closely with technical architects, developers, and business stakeholders
- Influence processes that drive sales and finance efficiency
