Business Analyst

SoCode is proud to be working with an exceptional firm making excellent progress with the financial technology sector. Due to sustained demand on internal processes, the company are looking to expand their business analyst capacity to ensure the structural integrity of the business.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Senior Business Analyst, to create requirements.
• To communicate clearly with stakeholders of all levels, both internal and external.
• Enable and support the Tech team with regards to Software Delivery Lifecycle.
• Ensure the product is fit for purpose, using UAT.
• Ensure the roadmap is clear and followed as appropriate, using sprint planning and backlog reviews.
• Look for business requirements and flag up issues accordingly, creating a feedback loop.
• Identify and escalate any risk to the delivery of a project.

• Strong communicator, able to explain technical issues in layman’s terms.
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Versatile and adaptable to changes that can occur in a fast-paced environment
• A natural problem solver
• Good education, although relevant experience is very important
