SoCode have partnered with one of Sunday Times top 100 companies to work for and also one of Britain's leading technology manufacturers that are based in St. Neots, Cambridgeshire. They are a manufacturer of high-precision oscilloscopes and also automotive diagnostics equipment, working with some of the biggest names within the motoring industry.

After a record year in 2020 they are expanding their team and are looking for a backend PHP developer to join their web team and also join their larger workforce of 140 employees.

Technical Skills: 

• PHP - including MVC 
• SQL - including MySQL 
• Review Web core vitals / Page Speed for visitor & SEO 
• Experience with a CMS 
• Debug PHP / JS  
• Debug SQL

The main purpose of the role is to be able to improve and maintain the performance and operation of their web pages, whilst working alongside the Web Development team as support/cover/additional resource when required.
