SoCode are looking for an Android Architect for an entirely greenfield piece of work with one of our highly- ethical and fast growing Global Blue-Chip clients based in Cambridge, UK.

The successful candidate will take a technical leadership role (including people management & development) in the development of next generation software platforms. 

You should have an exceptional knowledge of the Android Platform, having experience of Prototyping and Product Development. 

The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced engineer who has worked with many versions of Android, been through the full development lifecycle, including release to market, of a complex Android product utilizing a custom hardware platform and interfaces.

Key Skills & Experience:

-Android Development (Middleware) & Architecture

-Java Experience

-Android Build Processes

-Experience of embedded C Software Development on real time systems 

-Android Security & SDK/API Knoweldge
