Our client, based in Cambridge are looking to recruit two mid-level Software Developers to join their growing team.

You will be working in a unique yet extremely intelligent environment with colleagues who are passionate and excited about the product they create every day. Our client develops exclusive software which helps organisations all over, get the best results, in the most efficient way. Working in partnership with some of the biggest names in the world you will be required to work quickly but efficiently in order to meet deadlines.

Our client is based in a fantastic location, very central to Cambridge and just a 2-3 minute walk from the station. There is limited parking in the area so individuals living close by or with the ability to use public transport daily would be preferable.

As part of the team you will be required to follow the SCRUM process alongside high contribution in team sprints. Your daily role will be to create great code alongside the following:

-        Ongoing delivery of high quality product and technical road maps.

-        Assisting the team with bug fixing as and when required.

-        Support the mentoring of junior members of the team.

-        Assist with code reviews.

-        Offer new development ideas.

Essential technologies include:

-        Commercial C# experience

-        Ability to apply best coding practices

-        Experience with Git, feature branching and pull-requests

-        Understanding of RESTful Services

-        Understanding of IoC/ DI frameworks

-        Basic understanding of unit test principles and mocking frameworks (Ideally Nunit)

Desirable experience includes: SCRUM, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WPF, MVVM, Event Modelling, Angular or React and Multithreading.

Please note: This role will be working with a tight knit team where communication is paramount. All individuals considered for the role will need to hold outstanding communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to integrate well into new teams.

Salary will range from £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience. Internal progression is available for candidates that show the correct attributes. Alongside basic salary a generous benefits package is also on offer.
