2nd Line Support Engineer | £30,000 to £40,000 | Loughton, On-Site Working | Driving License Essential
We’re currently on the lookout for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a dynamic team. This role involves delivering both remote and on-site IT support and services to a diverse and prestigious client base.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 2nd line support across a range of client environments
- Handling support tickets and resolving issues efficiently
- Participating in the delivery of exciting IT projects
- Preparing and deploying systems to client sites
- Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in IT support and project delivery
- Solid understanding of Microsoft environments, including:
- Windows Server 2012, 2018, 2019 & 2022
- Windows 10 & 11
- Azure and Microsoft Security Standards
- Knowledge of Service Desk practices (ITIL preferred)
