Tom Allen

Tom began his journey at SoCode in December 2019 and heads up a team covering Python, Data Science, Ai, Blockchain

Currently Tom recruits for the Crypto market, which is a high growth area for SoCode. He's working with companies from all over the world at the forefront of Crypto. Tom has a keen interest in alternative finance and decentralisation and we work with many companies leading this movement.

Tom grew up in Cambridge and after gallivanting all around the world for a number of years, Tom returned to Cambridge and started his career in technology recruitment. He found his passion for IT recruitment.

"I would be hiking, climbing or in the gym. At any opportunity I get I'd be travelling around the world"
