Transformation Programme Management Office Coordinator - £300 - £350 p/d - 12 months
SoCode are currently looking for a contract tranformation project co-ordinator to join a large scale project in Cambridge with one of our key and exclusive clients. This is a 12 month project initially and they ideally need a candidate who is immediatley available to start their next role.
You will be required to:
- create programme and project level plans, support project managers in the development and maintenance of project plans,
- work with project managers to validate project plans, validate inter-project dependencies, re-planning and progress validation,
- validate technical and business resource demand, consolidate resource demand into a single functional view and ensure contributors understand the demands of the project in a timely manner so any business impacts can be mitigated,
- schedule and maintain recurring diary invitations, maintain the template and location/files for status submissions
- Represent the Transformation Programme to other Programmes’ PMOs eg at summits or regular inter-dependency checkpoints
Experience required:

- Success at performing coordination activities within a Transformation Programme

- Proactive diary management
- Status report management
- Meeting facilitation & minute taking
- Workshop organisation
- Supplier engagement
- Project Planning, Project Control, Resource Planning, Status reporting & Programme liaison.
