Trading Systems Engineer - £500 - £800 per day.

*We can also look at perm upto £240K*

SoCode are an exclusive partner of a rapidly growing DeFi scale up that managed to generate in excess of $40M in revenue within 2 weeks. They are looking to grow heavily in 2022 with their cutting edge DeFi platform for trading financial products.

They are very grateful to have a large team of exceptional engineers that have joined from top tier hedge funds and investment banks and are now looking to hire further.

Please note; experience building a trading systems is essential as well as an awarenesss and interest in blockchain technology.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a remote, collaborative team made up of quants, coders and product and marketing specialists.
• Work in the core engineering team on a cutting edge trading system.
• Make key contributions to the design, specification and implementation of the systems codebase.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience within a hedge fund, exchange or front office of a top investment bank working as a front office, quant or trading systems engineer.
• Excellent programming skills having worked on large, high performance codebases.
• Experience working on low latency trading systems, comfortable optimising code for high performance.
• A willingness to learn and work with Golang is required, prior experience programming in Golang is desired.
