We’re currently looking to recruit an experienced Technical Author to join the team, the ideal candidate will need to have proven experience creating technical documentation in a highly technical field. 

The successful candidate will have a in-depth understanding of the products and services and be able to translate complex product information into simple and engaging content. 

Skills/experience required: 

• At least 2 years’ experience in technical documentation 
• Proven ability to learn and understand complex topics 
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience of working in an engineering team to improve user experience; refining content, creating visuals, creating diagrams for technical support content
• Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
• Ability to understand complex products
