Are you an Automation Engineer with previous experience of working on Embedded Systems? Do you want to work for a fast-growing, Cambridge-based, technology company that design and development of complex software and hardware used in top end industrial systems? Then this role is for you!

This is a fantastic opportunity for either a mid-level or senior engineer to progress their career with a reputable company who are continuously growing and leading the way in their market.

Some of the things you’ll be involved in (not limited to)…

-          Improve, implement and maintain the existing automation framework.

-          Work with the development team to understand the functionality of products and the testing needed.

-          Define and document the automation test strategy, then analyse results and generate test reports.

-          Create test cases and select test cases for automation.

-          Conducting analysis checks on product specifications.

-          Carry out manual tests as required for releases and reproduce defects.

You will have the following skills and experience…

-          A strong background in Software Quality Assurance within a commercial environment

-          Good knowledge of testing methodologies and the development lifecycle.

-          Use of either Python scripting or coding.

-          Use of CI/CD tools (Jenkins , TeamCity).

-          Experience with Selenium or Appium.
