Software Development Manager
£70,000 - £90,000 Depending on experience
Over the past 2 years we have partnered with an incredible business based on the outskirts of Cambridge city center. With steady growth we are now looking to recruit them a Software Development Manager to help with their next period of growth. With a high bar to entry the successful candidate will need to be well communicated with previous leadership and strong architectural experience. Previous experience within a similar role is also essential.
About the Company
Our client is based within the Data and Security space, offering their clients a rare and incredibly well-built solution. Currently they are around 40 employees with a large chunk of that being development. Now entering a new and important phase of the business the development team will continue to grow, needing extra architectural and development support.
All development is Microsoft based, the successful candidate will need to have a development background and still be up to date with coding practices. Please note that coming from a C# background isn’t essential, but preferred
You will need to hold strong architectural experience within your current/ previous positions. This is going to be a big part of your role so its essential that you can provide quality. Alongside Architecture you will need to have managed a development team of between 10 and 20 people ideally, slightly less will be considered.
This position suits somebody ambitious and driven that wants to provide excellence within an already high performing and intellectually strong team.
This role offers a very clear progression path for the right individual.
In return our client is offering the opportunity to work within a team of Cambridge’s finest Developers. Offering a salary of up to £90,000 basic + Benefits.
