They need an agile delivery manager who can simultaneously mentor the team in all things scrum and agile, whilst collaboratively delivering bespoke applications (greenfield and brownfield) into a whole host of clients of all shapes and sizes.

Team of 15 in Europe, you will be working alongside some of the best engineers around. Servant leadership and collaboration are what they are looking for on this occasion. Occasional travel (about 2/3 stints of one week a year to various sites globally).

A strong preference will be given to candidates from a software engineering background/education who have either made the move to project/delivery management, or those looking to make the move. And knowledge or experience working in a cloud environment would be a bonus.
