Senior Recruitment Consultant | Scientific Market | £25,000 - £30,000
Are you hungry to take ownership of your own division? You’ll get access to an already established portfolio of Cambridge based Life Science businesses.
Rewards not adding up for the work you’ve put in? You’ll receive a 20% commission structure with monthly bonuses, annual getaways, quarterly social incentives & plenty more.
Are you working with unmatchable KPIs and micro-managers? You won’t see that here, whilst we use KPI’s to guide, you’ll be measured on your output, rather than mindless blanket KPI’s. We’re here to help you achieve your personal and business objectives, not to manage your every move.
