Senior Software Engineer - Python

SoCode have recently partnered with a software house in Cambridge developing technology that is actively contributing to the prosecution of murders, terrorists and paedophiles across the country.

This role is perfect for a senior software developer who wants to be doing something revolutionary, something that is making the world a better place. The successful candidate will be working across the full product life cycle, on a core greenfield project in an Agile environment.

This is a core python position with the requirement to mentor junior members of staff, this position has the potential to transition into a leadership role as our client continues to grow the team.

Experience required:

• Strong Python coding abilities
• Experience mentoring or leading other members of staff

Experience with any of the following would be beneficial:

• AWS
• Java
• CI/CD
• Jenkins
• Docker
• Kubernetes
