What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you’ll play a key role in turning big ideas into reality. You’ll lead mechanical projects focused on the development of battery cells, packs, and stacks, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in energy storage. From validating new technologies to leading the creation of prototypes, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic Research team, helping them scale exciting innovations from concept to commercial application. You’ll be at the forefront of developing creative solutions to improve prototypes, identifying key areas for enhancement, and overseeing experimental activities that will drive success.
In addition to your technical leadership, you’ll act as a bridge between the Research and Prototype Development teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and keeping projects on track. Your expertise will also shape long-term manufacturing strategies, helping to guide the future commercial applications of cutting-edge technology. It’s an exciting, hands-on role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to innovate.
