Are you a passionate engineering leader looking to make a difference to the world of healthcare?
As Senior Manager of Device Development, you will have the opportunity to work within a design team passionate about healthcare and innovation developing drug delivery devices, applying your technical knowledge and management experience of the ever-evolving medical industry standards, whilst also having the chance to be involved in the commercial, regulatory and user requirements.
Using your wide bredth of technical experience within the medical device industry, you will be able to put your expertise to good use by designing mechanisms and devices, whilst also bringing your technical leadership to device development projects, and eventually taking your product from R&D all the way into industry!
Along with being an passionate innovative leader, we are also looking for the following skills:
- Presice and technical skills
- Strong people management skills
- 3D CAD such as SolidWorks and simulation techniques (FEA/CFD)
- Knowledge of ISO 13485
