Your Role:

As a Senior Embedded Developer, you'll play a crucial role in developing electronic platforms for defence and security applications. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects spanning different sectors, including healthcare and consumer electronics. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing solutions at the system level and undertaking detailed electronic design work.
  • Working with cutting-edge technologies such as Embedded Linux, RTOS, and bare metal applications.
  • Designing ultra-low power electronics and firmware, including various communication technologies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and sharing ideas across sectors to drive innovation.

What You Need to Succeed:


  • Strong understanding of analogue and digital circuit design, and embedded systems.
  • Experience with microcontrollers, microprocessors, and various peripherals and interfaces.
  • Exposure to the full product lifecycle and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Hands-on approach to problem-solving and a willingness to work with the team to overcome challenges.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with schematic capture and hardware-based cybersecurity.
  • Energy and enthusiasm to take on unfamiliar challenges and innovate freely.
  • Willingness to mentor and support less experienced engineers
