A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior DFT Engineer to join their team, where you will be responsible for hands-on DFT design, implementation and debugging using Synopsys DFT tools.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Implement and validate ATPG structures

• Validate DFT structures
• Understand and improve test yields, address test vector instabilities

Essential experience includes:
 

• Simulation – Mentor QuestaSim, System Verilog
• RTL coding – VHDL

Location: Cambridge 
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum
