An innovative start-up developing a novel RF component that has significantly simplified 21st century RF front end architectures used in wearable devices, smartphones and IoT devices. The company is expanding to deal with growth and are looking for a talented RF Systems Architect to join the team!

Sounds interesting, what would I be doing?

Working within the CTO team to implement products/services for customers a big part of your role would be maintaining awareness of the technology and market trends that influence their business strategy. The RF Systems Architect will analyse the available RF System requirements (to include 3GPP specs) and deliver product specifications to the development organisation. In addition based upon their broad experience, the RF Systems Architect is a primary point of contact for questions on RF system architecture and optimisation for the rest of the organization.

Okay this is similar to what I do… What skills do I need to get the job?

First and foremost, extensive industry experience of designing and specifying transceivers and RF communication systems. Experience working to recent LTE and 5G standards, 3GPP RF test specification. They are looking for someone with hands-on experience using Matlab and python to process results.

Due to the nature of the business, you must be able to work independently and contribute to other responsibilities when needed. This is the chance to get into a company at pre series-a stage, and become a name in the RF history books!
