The purpose of this role is to create and improve any new and existing technology. This would need someone to solve technical problems, make manufacturing processes better, and collaborate with others to innovate. Their goal is to make these GaN devices more efficient, reliable, and competitive in the market.

 

We’re looking for someone with the following skillset:

-          Hands on experience with MOCVD and Epitaxy.

-          Experience in working with GaN or LED devices

-          Experience of using characterisation techniques, such as PL, TEM, AFM, SEM, EL and XRD

-          Having a PHD or masters within a relevant discipline
