The company provides specialist services to the asset management industry and do most of their business via acquisition. They have just taken on the largest acquisition in the company’s history and have 4 M&A programmes running off the back of this, consisting of over 150 applications that have TSA agreements in place with the business they’ve acquired.

As Programme Manager, you will be responsible for analysing, assessing and condensing this list of applications down to a number of 15, which they will integrate into their business and migrate to a new cloud platform.

Key Requirements

• Experience of programme management at an enterprise level, within the financial or asset management sector.
• Experience managing M&A, Divestiture programmes inclusive of application consolidation and cloud migration.
• Stakeholder and C-Suite Management.
• The ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and make important business decisions.
