This is a newly created position within a growing team, and an excellent opportunity for you to build and shape approach to discovery products.

As the product manager you will be a bridge between the head of product and more junior Product Managers within the team perfect for an individual who is looking to take that leap towards Senior Product Management. You will be the Product Manager for our clients popular award-winning sass platform.

You will be responsible for leading the product development cycle by understanding user and customer problems; validating ideas for enhancements; planning and delivering change with our engineers; measuring success; and iterating further improvements. This is an exciting opportunity to have your say in the way in which our client goes about product management by introducing new ideas and ways to go about product discovery.

To be successful in this position you will need to showcase the following:

• A proven track record in product development, with experience validating ideas, prioritising work, delivering value, and overseeing a strategic roadmap.
• Experience working with software delivery teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong communication skills, able to both gather insights from, and communicate complex concepts to, a range of stakeholders and customers in a knowledgeable and engaging fashion.
• The ability to think critically about perceived problems and identify opportunities to deliver value that may not be immediately obvious; and
• Good analytical skills, able to interrogate and interpret available information, as well as identify, set and monitor measures for success.
