Product Manager - £60,000 to £70,000 per annum - FULLY ON SITE - Cambridgeshire
In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of key product lines – from inception through to end-of-life – and take responsibility for the P&L and long-term success. You’ll help deliver cutting-edge communication solutions that serve customers across a wide range of business-critical sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the success, market fit, and ROI of assigned products throughout their lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, identify market opportunities, and align product development with strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain a compelling product roadmap, based on market demand, customer feedback, and innovation opportunities.
- Translate product concepts into clear, actionable requirements and guide them through the development lifecycle.
- Lead and contribute to the creation of user documentation, data sheets, and product communications.
- Analyse product performance through usage data and customer insight to identify areas for optimisation, growth, and enhancement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, bid, and customer service teams.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy.
- Engage directly with users and customers to ensure continuous alignment with needs and expectations.
- Attend industry events and conferences as a product ambassador and source of insights.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites and partner meetings.
- Degree in an engineering discipline or related field.
- Proven experience in product management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex products in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with mobile operating systems, communication standards, and technical architectures.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams.
- Eligibility for SC Clearance, clean licence and acces to own vehicle
- SaaS product experience.
- Exposure to the public safety or critical communications sectors.
- Familiarity with 4G/5G networks.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
