Print Technical Support Specialist- Cambridge- 30k-40k

My innovatve client based in Cambridge are actively looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their growing team tpo aid with the support of field engineers daily work and to maintain and assisst end users relationships. 

The client in question is a global brand driven by technology and backed by giant organisations in the printing industry. They use unique technical proccesses and up to date technology to create innovative ways of printing targeted industry data for a variety of clients. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Cordinating work to 2nd and 3rd line engineers
  • Work cloesly with installation teams and service managers
  • Manage communication with active field engineers providing accurate and detailed information when receiving calls for incidents 
  • Ensure field engineers adhere to the correct escalation process 

Experience: 

  • Printing knowledge with Inkjet is a must. 
  • Top quality communication skills 
  • The ability to articulate technical problems clearly and concisely 
  • Good quality Microsoft Office knowledge 
  • Experience with report writing
