One team will be focused on research to create new and scalable methodologies, while another will develop functional assays with organoids for drug development.
There is already an established process for research and development with steps for screening involved. Ideally you will also be able to provide input for the wider company and contribute directly to the overall projects.

Core requirements:
- PhD with knowledge of molecular biology
- Experience working with viral vectors
- Strong understanding of mammalian cell culture
- Previously used flow cytometry
- Salary of up to £60,000
- Annual bonus dependent on performance
