Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop teams across production, supply chain, procurement, and logistics.
- Own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and ensure operational readiness from order intake through to shipment.
- Manage ERP/MRP systems for materials planning, purchasing, and scheduling.
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance scalability.
- Oversee supplier relationships — balancing quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Maintain strong inventory control and component lifecycle awareness (including End-of-Life management).
- Support manufacturing and repair operations, ensuring consistent throughput and turnaround times.
- Report KPIs and operational metrics directly to the senior leadership team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years’ experience in operations or manufacturing leadership within electronics, aerospace, or defense industries.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and production planning principles.
- Proven success in leading cross-functional operations teams.
- Track record of process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
