Role: Network Architect
Location: North Cambridge
Salary: up to £75,000

SoCode has partnered with a specialist within Connectivity, Hosting and telephony, who require a Network Architect to join their well-established network team.

Your new role will be to conduct active maintenance of the existing product portfolio, while also developing new products and services. This means you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, so you will be expected to be involved from the initial scope and design, all the way through to development and production release / maintenance. You will need to evaluate processes to ensure teams performance / strategy is fit for purpose and actively follow up product enhancements, to ensure a successful transition from development to production. This role is client facing, so building rapport and maintaining strong commercial relationships is key.

You will need to have:

• High calibre knowledge within Service provider networks.
• The knowledge to demonstrate the previous experience using BGP, OSPF, MPLS and other relevant technologies.
• You will also need good hardware knowledge of advanced routing, switching platforms from Cisco and Juniper
• This role will be client facing so you will need to be confident in owning and managing a product line, including product design, development and helping with P&L responsibility.
