Our Client, who is based on the outskirts of Cambridge are seeking an experienced and professional Lead Test Engineer to join their team.

Our client is fast growing start-up who are on the forefront of retail advertisement, there products are set to appear in retail stores worldwide with their revolutionary product. They are looking to secure a Lead Test Engineer to make sure their product meets the needs and expectations of customers on an international scale.

As a Lead Test Engineer, you will be tasked with developing and implementing Manual and Automation test strategies and protocols for their products. You will be required to participate in code reviews and continuous improvement activities. A good candidate will be able to work effectively within teams and also on their own.

The office is based outside of Cambridge (17-20 miles), in a lovely countryside office with excellent transport links and parking.

Essential Skills and Experiences:

-          Experience with both embedded and internet based software and have the ability to test both.

-          Have a keen eye to spot faults and then to implement effective strategies to eliminate the faults.

-          Experience with Python, GIT, JavaScript and Linux.

-          Experience with both embedded C and Embedded Linux.

-          History with SQL and HTML/XML is favourable.
