Junior Recruitment Consultant – Norwich

SoCode are looking for a new member of its team. We are not your typical recruitment agency with sales targets, KPI’s and a screen on the wall alerting you that you have not made 100 calls today. No. we are SoCode.  We are looking for a hard-working and professional individual to join our existing team and become a fully-fledged consultant. We need an individual that doesn’t need a target to know how good they are because they will give 100% no matter what is in front of them.

With a delivery led attitude, we partner with our clients to deliver not just candidates but an exceptional service and advice – this role will involve becoming a specialist within your market, learning everything about your clients so that you can deliver them the best talent.
