With one foot in the operation, one foot in the strategic and a head for business and proposition development, this role is highly varied and calls for someone who is autonomous and a self-starter. But also remaining in a hands on technical role. 

As Head of Mechanical Engineering, you will need:

• A broad understanding of mechanical engineering and its application to high throughput manufacturing
• A flair for client management and business development
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful product development and deployment
• Be able to remain hands on in creative design work

This role will be Cambridge based, offering a very competitive package of £90-120k plus a bonus of up to 30%.
