Head of Global Marketing - Digital Health | B2B SaaS

You’ll be joining a science-led, global business working at the intersection of clinical research, digital technology, and data. Their platforms are used in clinical trials worldwide to measure patient outcomes accurately, both in clinic and remotely, helping accelerate drug development and improve patient health.
This role sits at the heart of the commercial leadership team. You won’t be polishing decks from the sidelines. You’ll be shaping strategy, leading a global team, and driving measurable commercial outcomes in a complex, relationship-driven market.

What you’ll be doing
- Owning and leading the global marketing strategy, tightly aligned to commercial goals
- Taking full accountability for brand, demand generation, content, thought leadership, digital and events
- Managing the global marketing budget and allocating spend based on impact and return
- Working closely with Business Development and Inside Sales to shape messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market priorities
- Defining and evolving market positioning in a competitive, science-led landscape
- Building integrated demand programmes that generate qualified pipeline and support deal progression
- Championing voice-of-customer insight to ensure campaigns reflect real buyer needs
- Elevating the brand through credible storytelling, customer success, and thought leadership
- Leading the annual events and conference strategy
- Providing sales enablement that genuinely supports commercial conversations
- Setting KPIs tied to revenue, pipeline velocity, and customer growth
- Using data to optimise performance and guide investment decisions
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing global marketing team
- Partnering with Legal and Compliance to ensure all activity meets regulatory and data protection standards
- Significant B2B marketing leadership experience (typically 10+ years)
- Background in SaaS, digital health, e-clinical, clinical trial services, or similar science-led environments
- Proven track record of building marketing strategies that drive pipeline, deal velocity, and growth
- Strong experience across brand, demand, content, automation, and customer engagement, with good judgement on where to focus
- Confident translating complex or scientific concepts into clear, compelling narratives
- Experience managing budgets and demonstrating ROI through data and reporting
- Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot (or similar), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, analytics and attribution
- Strong people leadership skills, with experience building collaborative, accountable teams
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and operating at leadership level
