SoCode has partnered with a very well-known and high growth nutraceuticals company based in Cambridge. This company operate a very successful subscription-based service and are leading the way in their field due to their patent protected products developed here in Cambridge.

This company are currently looking for several full stack web developers to join their growing team who are willing to come on board and learn Go on the job. You will be involved in all aspects of the development life cycle and working with a number of technologies, core technologies are currently Golang, Lambdas, React.js and Node.js whilst they continue to retire PHP and Magento. As Golang is a less common technology we would be happy to speak with any candidates who are willing to pick up this skill.

The team are described as social, relaxed, flexible and hardworking. Located in the centre of Cambridge (overlooking Parker’s Piece). They operate working between the office (minimum 50% of time) and at home to foster collaboration but to also support a healthy work/ life balance.

 

Requirements for this opportunity:

• Experience of full stack development
• Expert knowledge of React.js
• Previous experience with Node.js
• Willingness to learn Golang on the job
• AWS knowledge or any other cloud service would also be good
