FinOps & Treasury Analyst | Cambridgeshire (Hybrid) | High Growth Fintech

Our cient are an ambitious, fast growing payments business that’s entering an exciting new phase of growth. We are looking for a FinOps & Treasury Analyst to join their collaborative finance team and support critical client fund operations.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone detail driven, analytical and eager to gain real exposure in a high growth environment.

You will be -

• Supporting daily client fund processes in line with programme and regulatory requirements
• Managing scheme settlements and fund movements
• Tracking and reconciling bank statements and cashbooks
• Helping automate and improve finance processes as the business scales
• Acting as a first point of contact for client communications
• Assisting with onboarding new clients and supporting product launches
• Supporting the Head of Finance Operations with ad hoc priorities

The ideal person - 

• A genuine love of numbers (finance/accounting degree or similar preferred)
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation
• Ability to work independently and show initiative
• Fintech, payments, or challenger banking exposure is advantageous but not essential
• Previous experience in a similar role is helpful but not required
