Embedded Firmware Engineer- Cambridge- Permanent- £30k-£50k 

SoCode have again partnered with a global reaching, consumer electronics brand which you would find in most homes. The company has been going through many changes over recent months seeing them grow internally as well as externally in terms of customer base and reach. In the next step of their growth, this IoT client is looking to hire an Embedded Firmware Engineer specialising in C programming for on-going and brand new projects for the business. 

This individual doesn't have to be massively experienced however, any previous knowledge of consumer electronics engineering programmes would be massively beneficial. 

Required: 

• Good C programming 
• Experience working with coding safety standards 
• Experience in other coding languages- C++, Python etc would be beneficial
• Linux 
• Previous IoT, Consumer Electronics, Connected Devices experience is beneficial 
• Strong academics 
• Positive mental attitude with a hunger to learn
